currently obsessing

House plans are rolling along.. aside from a little bump in the road when my lighting plan was priced out at $13000. Yeah, you read that right. Apparently along with $400 flush lights ( you know for closets and such ) I had picked an $800 fixture + $700 worth of sconces for the office. WHAT?! Clearly I was working off a non priced website! I sent off a revised plan to our lovely selections gal today, and it should come in just a few ( read ALOT ) less than $13000. Good heavens. Ha!

 So lighting taken care of I spied this over at Marcus Design, and now I can't get it out of my head! Main floor 1/2 bath?! I'll be on the lookout for something with a similar feel, I'm sure this Katie Ridder beauty would fall into my now expired lighting plan pricing ;)
